Millicent from Lwak girls school Kenya

Millicent, an orphan, is one of the many girls supported by GGAC. Through hard work she managed to stand 45th out of 199 students in Form One (Grade 9). Good luck Millicent as your new school year starts in January!

Avril Benoit Addresses UofT President's Circle

Avril Benoit, Massey College's 2004/2005 Knowlton Nash Fellow, and Chair of Give Girls A Chance at the time, shared her passion for one of the most fundamental challenges facing society: access to education for girls and young women. This talk was held at Massey College, February 24th, 2005 and was recorded by CIUT.FM radio and broadcast on their program Critical Thinkers, Thursday, March 3rd.
