Millicent, an orphan, is one of the many girls supported by GGAC. Through hard work she managed to stand 45th out of 199 students in Form One (Grade 9). Good luck Millicent as your new school year starts in January!

Give Girls A Chance gratefully accepts all donations through our secure online donation system, or by cheque.

Tax Receipts: E-tax receipts are issued immediately following online donations of $25.00 or more. Cheques sent to Tides Canada will be receipted, but this might take up to six weeks. Tax receipts are always receipted for the year in which they were received (must be before December 31st to count for that year).

Tax receipts are issued by Tides Canada. Give Girls A Chance is a fund of Tides Canada Foundation.

Donate by cheque.

 Tides Canada will issue tax receipts for all donations of $25.00 or more to those who have requested it.

    Note: Please do not send cash in the mail.
  2. TAX RECEIPTS - Tides Canada Foundation attempts to receipt all cheques within 4-6 weeks of receipt. In peak times this could take an extra week. Cheques received by December 31st will definitely be receipted in time for tax returns.

Sponsor a Runner:

Sponsoring a runner depends upon the run and location. Specific information can be obtained by clicking on the 'Runners/Walkers" button near the top of this page.

In general, any runner can set up a support page for any run and the donations can be directed to Give Girls A Chance on the Running Room web site: www.runningroom.com.

Runners and walkers participating in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon (STWM) can register on the Running Room site, but most use our team site, the link to which will be listed on the current STWM page. (click on Runners/Walkers) near the top of this page.
